Aquaculture production strategy smells a bit fishy

THE Victorian Government has launched a strategy that promises to triple aquaculture output, but the plan has been greeted with criticism and cynicism.
Agriculture Minister Joe Helper said the strategy aimed to increase output from $22 million to $60 million by 2015.
